The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities were great. I especially loved the position of the hotel, as it was convenient for all the attractions and amenities in the area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as noise from the pub downstairs and a lack of soundproofing, my overall experience at New Union was excellent. We had an amazing stay in this city center hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs was awesome, and we spent a great night there. The room was spacious and comfortable, with stylish bathroom and good tea/coffee making facilities. The cleanliness was faultless. The location was perfect, right next to the canal and close to the nightclubs and tourist attractions.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, great to sleep somewhat decently despite the noise. The location was also a major plus, being within walking distance of all the central attractions. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, a relief compared to other hotels we've stayed at.
